Join us every Monday in October for a complimentary 60-minute restorative class with our resident yoga instructor & educator, Shanice Richards, who specializes in creative vinyasa, breath, meditation, and yin/ restorative classes. Shanice embraces the idea that wellness doesn’t have a “look” and firmly believes that everyone, regardless of age, body type, or experience level, can benefit from the practice. Her approach to yoga is that it isn’t just a physical exercise, it is a holistic practice that helps to regulate one’s mind, attitude, and mood.
